About Alexander

Alexander Lam is a music producer, audio engineer, and photographer based in Toronto, Ontario. Graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in the Bachelor of Arts in Popular Music Studies, his career began with pursuing his love for music and art.

Growing up as a musician, Alexander discovered his passion for photography while studying in London, immersing himself in the live music scene. He has toured with bands across Canada and the United States photographing live concerts and the candid moments in between. 

In 2019, Alexander co-founded Vibes Don’t Lie, an independent music group in Scarborough, Toronto.

Alexander has collaborated with artists such as Bryn, John Muirhead, Red Handed Denial, First Ghost and Dejuan Martin. He has also worked as a photographer for Western University, SubKulture Entertainment and Qode Social, as well as other independent business owners.

Music and photography for Alexander is the best way to express himself and connect with others. Being a part of the artistic and creative community has helped him discover himself and he hopes to bring the same meaning to others who share his passion.
